Tony Prince, founded DMC with his wife Christine in February 1983. He had introduced DJ mixing into his Radio Luxembourg dance music programme in 1981 exposing the developing art to 50 million listeners. His career began as a singer and became a full time DJ when the UK Musicians Union expelled him for playing records when the band had a break. He became part of the small team of musical mutineers, the UK 60's pirates who broadcast from Radio Caroline. He then joined Radio Luxembourg and stayed with Europe's largest commercial radio station for 16 years.

Almost time to reveal the finalists from Round 2 and then head down through the summer to the final Round and your last chance to shine in the DMC FINALS. I’ve just spent a week-end DJing in Oslo in Norway and it reminded me of a guy who once made me cry with his DJ performance.
