Tony Prince, founded DMC with his wife Christine in February 1983. He had introduced DJ mixing into his Radio Luxembourg dance music programme in 1981 exposing the developing art to 50 million listeners. His career began as a singer and became a full time DJ when the UK Musicians Union expelled him for playing records when the band had a break. He became part of the small team of musical mutineers, the UK 60's pirates who broadcast from Radio Caroline. He then joined Radio Luxembourg and stayed with Europe's largest commercial radio station for 16 years.

OK, c’mon, I know there are thousands 0f turntablists reading this and most of you are shy and retiring types until you hit the decks!!! We have dozens of battles to look forward to and I want to know (a) which one you’re looking forward to most and (b) who will win on 29th January???
C’mon, put your neck on the block and stab a guess!!!!

You might also recognise Loop that if we put only Craze, Q’s and Kireeks up for this we would not be letting new visitors see the various levels of competition. It would put them off learning before they started. Thanks for not bitching about being forced into this, I really do think you are once again more well known today than you were yesterday. And you are a great DJ.
