I’m really pleased with Round 8 result as it once again shows the people who are voting are on the ball, there’s no fixing the results, we’re all happy. DJ Blu….damned hard luck (our judges rated you especially Hi-C, you must take a leaf out of FileSpnr’s book and keep coming back until you make it. Same for everyone! Bloody FileSpnr’s a legend already!!!!
Round 8 winners Chmeilix and Cwitch have a continent and the Atlantic ocean separating them but I can tell you one thing, they’ll both be celebrating tonight and, from tomorrow, will be building a set that will bring them to the DMC World DJ Championships in OCTOBER.
I know the $3k is icing on the cake but I also know that every single one of you who has entered the DMC Online DJ Championship are more interested in that expenses paid trip to the London finals even the UK entires (that will save us a few $!!!!).
Let’s all agree on one thing, whoever wins this will have been through so many levels, jumped through so many hoops, in September when the public at large look at 22 x 6 minute sets and hand over their TOP TEN to EVERY DMC WORLD CHAMPION we can round up for the final judging, the world’s first DMC ONLINE DJ CHAMPION, regradless of whether they win THE live final in London, will be entered straight into THE DJ HALL OF FAME…their name and their image will be listed for all time.
