Rane entered the DJ mixer market in 1986 with the MP 24 Mixer that quickly established a new worldwide club standard. Rane's continuing innovations created a line of the most sought after performance and club DJ mixers, most featuring Rane's patented contactless magnetic fader.

The rapid evolution of DJ mixing is absolutely mind-boggling. When we began, we never imagined how huge the world of music mixing would become. Disco clubs of the 70s and 80s featured basic blending.
