How The Team Competition Works
The Online Team Competition launches on July 6th and is open to every DJ team around the world to enter. The first round starts on July 14th.
There will be a total of 2 heats. In these heats, the public vote for their favourite team sets deciding the top 5, which will then be judged by DMC World DJ Champions.
The DMC World Champions then decide the winner and runner up from each round to go through to the team final where all teams will be required to upload their six minute filmed performance.
On 25th August, one DJ Team will be crowned the world's DMC Online Team Champion.
(THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VOTING IN THE ONLINE TEAM FINAL. THE FINAL WILL BE JUDGED BY THE DMC WORLD CHAMPIONS ONLY)
How To Enter
Step 1
If you want to enter the Online Team Competition you will need to register!
Step 2
Once you have registered to enter, you will be able to login and the Team Uploading option will be available. Use this to upload your video.
Step 3
Spread the word by asking your fans and friends to check out the competition and your team's video. We will send you ideas by email on how to prepare your set to gain maximum impact and we’ll also send you tips showing you how to get voters watching your set plus general information on the competition.
Step 4
Once you have uploaded your video visit the site regularly to keep an eye on your progress in the competition.
DMC World Champions will then judge the public's Top 5 teams and the winner and runner up will be announced the following week.
We will email you if you are the winner of each round and ask you to start preparing your final 6 minute performance.

How It Works - Dates for the diary
July 6th – Team site launches and teams can upload their three minute videos for the world to see. We encourage teams to do this as soon as they have their three minute video ready so you can then spread the word to your friends and fans. Voting will commence on Tuesday 14th July.
14th July - 5pm/17.00 GMT - Heat 1 of the Online Team Championship begins.
All times will be 5:00pm / 17:00GMT

Heat 2 – Tuesday 28th July – Tuesday 4th August
The Online Team Final
The FINAL Team performances go live on Monday 17th August.
